Desroches Medical Clinic (DMC) offers telemedicine services in the following states: AZ, CO, DC, FL, ID, IA, ME, NV, NM, NY, OR, UT, VA, WA, WY. We have been managing many sick visits that are associated with kids/children or pediatrics ages 1 and older with the following health conditions: swimmer's eyes, UTIs, earaches or ear infection, sore or strep throat, upper respiratory infection and or sinus infection, skin rash eczema, impetigo etc. Female issues such as UTI, BV or bladder infection that might need to be treated with antibiotics to prevent kidney infections. Vaginal yeast infection that might need fluconazole or diflucan if recommended. For male's issues, we offer erectile dysfunction consultation that may be treated with viagra if qualified or do not have any health contraindications. We also treat STD/STIs exposure or if recent labs chlamydia or gonorrhea, and herpes.We offer treatments for stable depression and anxiety that do Not require any controlled substance medications since we do Not prescribe any controlled drugs. We help many patients with skin issues like shingles, acne, fine lines or wrinkles, hives, toenail fungus, cat and dog's bite, scabies/lice skin infection that might be related to piercings or mastitis, gout, toothaches, headache, traveler's diarrhea, treatments with antibiotics if recommended. We help with motion sickness, cold sore, muscle/join pain, and bronchitis.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: 1). We understand that sometimes a patient is unable to make a scheduled appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. Desroches Medical Clinic's (DMC) cancellation policy makes booking, cancelling, and rescheduling easy. 2). DMC will honor a full refund for any of our visits when cancelled up to three (3) hours before the scheduled visit. 3). We are unable to offer refunds for the following: No-shows or missed appointments for any reason; Refund requests due to not receiving a prescription or disagreement with the clinical outcome of the visit, not all inclusive. 4). I am sure you are aware that missing an appointment or being late prevents us from giving you the care needed. However, it is also detrimental to us because it prevents us from scheduling another who needs care as well.
